A bronze sculpture of a violin player in an amphitheater can be an eye-catching and stunning addition to any space.
This wonderful amethyst geode brought forth memories of a natural amphitheater that could be used as a performance stage.
This provided the inspiration for me to cast another girl with her violin in recital.
The piece is mounted on walnut.
The bronze girl is cast in a natural bronze alloy of copper and tin. Yellow brass has been used for the dress and hair and violin. A white bronze was used for her hair band. No patina has been applied. The piece is polished and sealed with a clear lacquer.
The amethyst geode is from Sidi Rahal, Morocco.
