Description

This figure is cast with a high tin bronze that is alloyed from 90% copper and tin.

The casting is in two parts; the first is the head and hat and the second part is the body. The doll’s scissors are cast from white bronze. 

White bronze is an alloy that looks like silver, with 58% copper, 1% lead and various amounts of manganese, zinc and aluminum.

This work can be paired with her sister casting for Shinku.
