Pre-Order Terms
1. This is a pre-order deposit for the purchase of an approximately 1:7 scale bronze cast sculpture of Wonder Woman as portrayed by Gal Gadot.
3. The pre-order deposit of $300 is non-refundable. Please see my Commission Terms.
4. The work is expected to be completed by August 31, 2018, but this is not guaranteed.
5. The work will be mounted on a custom fabricated marble or granite base of my choosing.
6. The work will be given a patina or colouring of my choosing suitable for the piece.
7. The work will be a finely crafted sculpture. However, some minor casting flaws or pits may exist in the finished work.
8. As this work is a prototype fabricated in wax, some adjustments in pose or structure may exist in the finished work.
9. Acceptance of the completed work is subject to my Commission Terms.
10. The work will be shipped only upon final payment of all monies due.
11. If final payment is not received within 90 days of request this deposit is forfeit.
